Position Purpose

You will provide basic take-off, pricing, and sales support for the Sales Team.

Pay Range: $20 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:

• Provide support to Sales Team.
• Assist with compiling bids, reviewing project pricing and sales margins under supervision from senior employees.
• Assist with system selections and pricing with the supervision of senior employees.
• Assist with preparation of Sales Presentations and materials
• Provide support to Sales Engineer members with marketing campaigns including content writing
• Provide support to marketing team on local content generation including: shooting footage, taking photos, providing information on events, providing social media ideas etc. for marketing to edit and post.
• Familiarize self with departmental structure, workflow, and relevant software systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years of collegiate level education focusing on business, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent time management and task prioritization.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC industry.

Physical Requirements

• This position may involve sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
• This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
