About This Position

Account Manager Travel Vertical (Enterprise)

The Enterprise Account Manager, Travel Vertical Enterprise, is responsible for managing and expanding Treerings largest and most complex Travel accounts. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving retention and expansion, and delivering measurable business value to enterprise customers within the travel ecosystem. This mid-level role is well-suited for an experienced account manager who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and takes ownership of renewals, expansions, and strategic account growth while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise Travel accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upsells, and strategic expansion opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Develop strong partnerships with Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure strong adoption and customer outcomes
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes in collaboration with Sales leadership
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline visibility
  • Identify customer risks and opportunities early and proactively address them
  • Provide structured customer feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product and process improvements
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience managing enterprise customers with complex contracts and multiple stakeholders; Travel industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable balancing strategic account planning withhands-on execution
  • Ability to balance strategic account planning with hands-on execution

Eligible for a 35% annual performance bonus based on target achievement.
