Job Description – Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) builds strong partnerships with leaders and employees to align HR strategies with business needs. This role provides coaching, guidance, and data-driven insights to support performance, culture, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to support business goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues.
Conduct regular check-ins with business units to assess needs and engagement.
Interpret and apply employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Coach leaders on performance management, development, and team effectiveness.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
Analyze HR data and trends to recommend proactive solutions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and selection.
Partner with Compensation & Benefits on job evaluations, offers, and equity reviews.
Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development.
Support organizational changes and communication planning.
Participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvements.

Requirements

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in employee relations and employment law.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and reporting tools.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience considered
5+ years of progressive HR experience
HR Certification is a plus
