We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for caregiver roles (Companions, HHAs, CNAs, PCAs) supporting US-based operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for caregiver roles in the US.

Create and publish job postings across platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media).

Screen resumes; verify experience, availability, and work authorization.

Conduct structured phone/video interviews.

Present shortlisted candidates with clear notes and recommendations.

Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.

Verify certifications and licenses (CNA, HHA, CPR, etc.).

Ensure compliance with US labor regulations and home care standards.

Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Promote a positive, professional recruitment experience.

Build and maintain a strong caregiver pipeline for recurring needs.

Use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and ATS/CRM systems to track candidates and hiring progress.

Prepare recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.

Partner with Operations, Scheduling, HR, and Leadership teams.

Assist Scheduling operations as needed.

Report weekly progress, bottlenecks, and market insights.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related fields.

23+ years of US full-cycle recruitment experience.

Experience in healthcare, home care, or senior care preferred.

Strong interviewing, screening, and compliance management skills.

Proficiency with Office tools, ATS, and recruitment systems.

English language proficiency at C1 level.
