StackTeck supplies a wide range of injection molds and IML automation used to produce plastic parts in applications such as caps, closures, medical, PET preforms, and thinwall packaging; as well as complete system integrations including IML.

Working in a team of designers/engineers/service technicians, the Program Manager will play a critical role in technical sales, customer relationship management and project management in the realm of custom automated machinery. The role requires direct interaction with Customers, Sales and Operations Teams to deliver and manage orders for the business. Together with the Account/Business Manager the Program Manager promotes StackTeck’s values and sets the stage so that StackTeck can deliver great customer experiences and demonstrate our commitment to “Going Beyond”.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Management of program scope, technical requirements and timelines including leading order kickoff for customer orders.
  • Ensure necessary order information is obtained from customers.
  • Attend design reviews and ensure scope compliance.
  • Follow through with customer complaints to successful resolution until system buy-off.
  • Manage milestones, updates, and follow projects and orders to completion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Program, Projects, or Customer Service B2B environment role – Preference given to candidates with experience in systems integration, industrial automated equipment, and/or industrial automated cells
  • Post-Secondary education – Completion of College or University in Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software.
  • Able to view 3D models, 2D drawings, and electrical schematics.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a strong asset.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally.

The expected salary range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Individual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, job-related factors, and shift worked.
