Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety procedures and proper PPE use
• Operate and maintain all production equipment, including minor repairs and adjustments
• Train and guide Process Technicians on equipment and SOPs
• Review batch documentation to ensure accuracy and improve quality and efficiency
• Assist with process development and equipment settings for new and existing products
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and collaborate with other departments
• Use required systems to support daily operations and communicate updates to the Plant Manager
• Lead shift activities as needed
• Ensure feed safety and report any related incidents
• Maintain Operator Qualification requirements

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Process Technician skills (or ability to learn quickly)
• Knowledge of SOPs, document control, and encapsulation equipment
• Troubleshooting and minor repair experience
• Ability to review batch records for quality and accuracy
• Strong communication, training, and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime
