Training Coordinator- Weekend Night Shift at Veritas Steel LLC – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.Design training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of different roles within the organization.Incorporate best practices and industry standards into training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees at all levels, utilizing a variety of delivery methods such as presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.Coordinate training schedules and logistics to ensure optimal participation and minimal disruption to production activities.Monitor training sessions to assess effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all training activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and performance evaluations for regulatory compliance and internal reporting purposes.Keep abreast of changes in regulations and industry trends to update training programs accordingly.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze training outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and refinement.Collaborate with managers to implement enhancements to training programs based on feedback and emerging needs.Stay informed about advancements in training methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery.
- Employee Development Support:
- Provide guidance and support to employees seeking additional training or professional development opportunities.Serve as a resource for employees, answering questions and addressing concerns related to training and development.Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience in fabrication, proper weld procedures, blueprint reading, oxy-fuel torches, ect.Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of employees at all levels of the organization.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Must have the ability to have a flexible schedule.Why Join Veritas Steel?Be part of a company building the bridges that connect tomorrow’s communities.Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits package.Commitment to employee safety, development, and career growth.Safety is our priority!
