Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency in wiring, crimping, wire harness fabrication, and the layout and assembly of multi-component systems
• Experience assembling printed circuit boards (PCBAs)
• Skilled in the proper use of hand tools and precision assembly tools
• Strong hand-soldering capabilities for small, PCB-based assemblies
• Ability to read and interpret basic schematics and assembly documentation, including drawings, prints, bills of material (BOMs), work orders, and work instructions
• Working knowledge of measurement and inspection tools
• Understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling requirements
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment with a strong attention to quality and workmanship
• Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device manufacturing environments is preferred
• Experience operating basic machine equipment is an advantage
• IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, or equivalent certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 quality systems, and experience developing work instructions within a Lean Manufacturing framework, is desirable
