Warehouse Associate at StationServ – Memphis, Tennessee

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manages and administers the overall inventory control, inventory flow, and inventory accuracy processes. Responsible for the analysis and publication of inventory reports in addition to measuring and monitoring cycle counts, daily movement of parts, and inventory issues.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Inventory Control

• Maintains/exceeds inventory accuracy goals.
• Publishes reports, analyzes data, tracks performance by area, and determines problems and root causes; communicate results and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinates all functions of the yearend inventory and cycle counting.
• Sets up and/or changes the part numbers for each item and their bin locations.
• Ensures all cycle counts are scheduled and counting is completed timely, accurately, and in compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Leads Mid-Year and Year End Inventory reconciliation processes.
• Monitors and maintains proper documentation for any inventory issues.
• Handles daily part transfers between warehouses and technicians.
• Receives incoming inventory within the system.
• Analyze data to determine trends and stock requirements.
• Stage inventory for jobs and construction crews.
• Assist in creating and merging new inventory software.

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of Office 365 applications, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.
• Must have strong communication and team building skills.
• Time management and organization skills Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally for other warehouse inventory counts.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to physically move throughout the warehouse to monitor the flow of merchandise.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
