Residential Construction Specialist Build High-End Outdoor Structures and Remodels

Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.

  • Location: Residential Projects (Onsite) - Lowville, NY.

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, Overtime available.

  • Project Scope: Residential Landscaping / Hardscaping

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in the physical realization of high-end residential designs, moving beyond basic landscaping into full-scale general construction. This position offers a unique chance to master multiple tradesfrom structural framing to custom sidingwithin a company that prioritizes quality over speed. You will work on diverse projects that challenge your skills and offer clear paths for professional advancement.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Construct residential structures from the ground up, focusing on foundations, framing, and siding.

  • Execute precision remodeling tasks to upgrade and enhance existing outdoor and residential spaces.

  • Operate a variety of construction machinery and power tools with a focus on safety and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with supervisors to interpret project specifications and deliver exact workmanship.

  • Maintain an immaculate and organized job site to ensure safety and client satisfaction.

  • Communicate effectively with your team to coordinate daily tasks and meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record for daily travel.

  • Maintain reliable transportation to the shop for all scheduled work assignments.

  • Demonstrate the physical ability to lift heavy objects and labor in various weather conditions.

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and a proactive willingness to learn new construction techniques.

  • Commit to high-quality results and take personal pride in the finished product.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in general construction, hardscaping, or a related outdoor trade.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Foundational knowledge of structural framing or residential siding installation.
