Job Description
We’re looking for Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about helping patients restore movement and function. In this role, you’ll perform direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, utilize therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, increase strength, and improve mobility, and work one-on-one with patients while documenting care clearly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient treatment using therapeutic procedures and modalities

Follow treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist

Document all treatment provided in a clear and concise manner

Apply physical therapy principles while ensuring patient safety

Support departmental compliance with accreditation standards
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
-
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program or successful CA Board exam challenger

Current California PTA license
-
Competency in physical therapy techniques and use of therapy equipment

Knowledge of accreditation and compliance standards
-
BLS certification required and maintained
-
Recommended affiliation with APTA

Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

Ability to follow therapist direction and department policies

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
