This role sits at the intersection of sales, financial structuring, and relationship management within the equipment finance industry, focusing on building and growing vendor financing programs across the West Coast market. You will be responsible for developing new dealer, distributor, and manufacturer relationships while expanding existing accounts to drive sustained revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will structure financing solutions that support equipment sales and improve customer purchasing power. The position requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and the ability to manage deals from origination through funding. You will collaborate closely with vendors, lessees, and internal credit teams to ensure smooth execution of financing transactions. This is a high-impact, remote role ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
- Originate and grow small- to mid-ticket vendor financing programs across manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and resellers.
- Develop and manage long-term vendor leasing relationships while identifying new business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Structure, present, and negotiate financing and lease solutions tailored to equipment and customer needs.
- Manage the full deal lifecycle from application, credit submission, underwriting coordination, to funding completion.
- Drive outbound sales efforts, including calls and outreach campaigns, to generate new relationships and expand market presence.
- Support existing vendor programs by tracking transactions, expediting approvals, and ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor service quality, facilitate invoice payments, and maintain strong customer satisfaction across all stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings at least 5+ years of experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or a related financial sales environment. You possess a strong understanding of the equipment leasing landscape and the value proposition of financing solutions for both vendors and end customers. You demonstrate proven success in sales negotiation, deal closing, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong relationship-building skills are essential, with the ability to develop trust across manufacturers, dealers, and internal underwriting teams. You are highly autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple transactions simultaneously. A solid grasp of credit processes, deal structuring, and financial products is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
