Responsibilities
The Sr Polysomnographic Technol performs routine and complex polysomnographic recordings using their understanding of the technical aspects of equipment used in monitoring; recognizes parameters used in recording, and is able to score records and generate complete reports. The Sr Polysomnographic Technol performs PSG/MSLT/MWT and CPAP/BiPAP testing in an efficient and effective manner that provides quality care to all patients. The Sr Polysomnographic Technol demonstrates a willingness to assist others, works well with minimal supervision, has strong and independent judgment, and uses department and hospital-wide policies and procedures during the provision of patient care.
