This role leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of a world-class, data-driven customer acquisition engine. The Director will own full-funnel acquisition performance, integrating media, creative, audience insights, and conversion optimization to drive measurable, scalable growth. Operating at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional leadership, this position will build and lead a high-performing team, establish performance governance, and ensure alignment across marketing, product, and creative functions. Success in this role requires operational rigor, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to accelerate insights and execution. The role offers significant influence over strategic marketing investments, campaign performance, and long-term growth outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own full-funnel acquisition strategy from first touch through conversion, aligning media, creative, offers, and landing experiences to audience intent and lifecycle stage.
  • Lead the planning, launch, and optimization of multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid social, search, affiliates, influencers, and emerging channels.
  • Develop performance creative strategy, translating audience insights and data into actionable briefs and test-and-learn campaigns.
  • Establish performance governance, including budget management, ROI tracking, efficiency trade-offs, and investment pacing.
  • Operationalize successful tactics into scalable programs, standard operating procedures, and repeatable growth playbooks.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing acquisition and performance marketing team with clear goals, priorities, and career paths.
  • Provide executive reporting and insights on acquisition performance, including risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital acquisition.
  • 5+ years managing geographically distributed, high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven success scaling customer acquisition in SaaS, technology, or B2C/B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing workflows, automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Deep expertise in cross-channel acquisition campaigns, full-funnel measurement, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline attribution.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively across global, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with base range of $146,000–$261,360 (may vary by experience and location).
  • Annual bonuses, commissions (for sales roles), and stock grants.
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
  • Retirement plans with company match (401k or equivalent).
  • Paid time off, wellness programs, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Opportunities for professional development, growth, and advancement.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
