  • Develop and execute overarching financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term growth initiatives in partnership with the CEO and executive team.
  • Serve as the primary advisor to the Board, CEO, and subsidiary leaders on valuation, working capital, debt strategy, and shareholder value creation.
  • Oversee M&A activities, from valuation and diligence to post-acquisition integration, ensuring strategic alignment and value realization.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to monitor utilization, revenue, margins, and profitability.
  • Optimize global treasury, cash flow, FX risk management, and multi-national payroll operations to mitigate financial and operational risk.
  • Partner with legal, People, Services, and Sales teams to ensure compliance, effective contract management, and efficient incentive compensation structures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including managing cross-border and international operations.
  • Deep expertise in professional services finance, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and controls.
  • Proven experience leading M&A initiatives, platform growth, and multi-subsidiary financial management.
  • Mastery of GAAP, IFRS, intercompany, and international accounting and tax standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strategic business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and EPM/FP&A systems; Oracle NetSuite and Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience preferred.
  • Comfort operating in a fully remote environment with high visibility and ability to travel as needed (up to ~20%).
Benefits
  • Competitive executive compensation package, including base salary ($200,000–$275,000), variable incentive plan, and equity participation.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and AD&D.
  • 401k plan with company match up to 6%.
  • Paid professional development, certifications, and continuing education support.
  • Flexible remote work environment and opportunities for global collaboration.
  • Leadership opportunities to influence strategy across multi-subsidiary operations.
  • Robust programs supporting employee well-being, including emotional, mental, financial, and physical health initiatives.
