The team at 123 DENTIST located in Calgary, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Treatment Coordinator on a part-time basis from Monday to Thursday.

We're seeking an experienced dental receptionist/treatment coordinator with a minimum of 3 years in the dental industry. The ideal candidate will be dependable, skilled in dental software (Tracker experience is a plus, but not required), and have experience with insurance billing, pre-authorizations, and patient relations. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are essential. The role requires a positive team player who is personable, reliable, and punctual.

SCHEDULE:

Monday: 7am-3:30, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00am-2:00pm

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator is a must in order to be considered for this position
• Minimum of 3 years of experience is required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Customer service mindset
