This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Outsourcing in France.
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic professional to lead and manage the outsourcing and ICT risk management framework. In this role, you will ensure that third-party relationships are rigorously assessed, monitored, and compliant with regulatory standards, including DORA. You will work across multiple teams to design scalable processes, strengthen control frameworks, and mitigate risk in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Your expertise will directly shape the organisation’s resilience and operational excellence while enabling innovation and sustainable growth. - Design, implement, and maintain a robust outsourcing and ICT risk framework aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Define outsourcing policies, governance standards, and procedures across the organisation.
- Conduct and oversee vendor due diligence, risk assessments (operational, ICT, compliance, financial), and ongoing monitoring.
- Maintain a comprehensive outsourcing/vendor register with all required regulatory information.
- Track outsourcing risks, including performance, incidents, and concentration risk, and implement key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Ensure full compliance with DORA and related regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in outsourcing, third-party risk management, or ICT risk.
- Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including DORA and outsourcing requirements.
- Proven ability to design and implement control frameworks and governance processes.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Tech, and Operations teams.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and pragmatic problem-solving abilities.
- Based in France.
Preferred: - Experience within regulated financial institutions or fintech.
- Hands-on experience implementing DORA or ICT risk frameworks.
