Phase 1: The Summer Season (April – September)

Location: The Gorge Amphitheatre (George, WA)

Experience the excitement of the concert season while keeping the venue running smoothly.

• Role: Drive and service portable restrooms within the venue and campgrounds.
• Pay: $25.00/hour (Paid weekly).
• Perks: Onsite housing and food provided while working at The Gorge.
• The Hustle: Expect long hours, weekends, and mandatory overtime—perfect for stacking earnings.

Phase 2: The Career Transition (October & Beyond)

Location: Primary operations in Pacific, WA (Serving Eastern WA and surrounding regions).

Secure your future with a permanent, year-round route.

• Pay: Starts at $25.00/hour, increasing to $30.00/hour after one year (performance-based).
• Schedule: Early starts (5:00 AM), Monday–Friday. Weekend work during peak seasons.
• Union Benefits: 100% employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental + Union Pension and PTO.

What You’ll Need

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift 70–150 lbs repeatedly in outdoor weather conditions.
• Safety First: Must maintain a clean driving record and pass a DOT physical.
• Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive role; must pass random drug screenings (including THC).
• Age: Must be 18+ years old.

Training:

Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
