Cleaning/Light Maintenance at Tri Five LLC – LEXINGTON, Kentucky

Location: Lexington, KY
Shift: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Experience: Entry Level – We Provide Training

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Light Maintenance Worker to keep our office and production areas clean, organized, and running safely. This is an entry-level role and we will train on all required tasks and equipment.

Facility Cleaning

• Sweep, mop, and maintain office and production floors
  
• Empty trash and recycling bins
  
• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and shared spaces
  
• Wipe down counters, tables, windows, and equipment
  
• Restock cleaning, paper, and production-related supplies
  

Light Maintenance & Production Support

• Help perform basic preventative maintenance tasks on equipment (greasing, oiling, belt changing, filter cleaning, etc.)
  
• Assist with organizing and keeping work areas clean and safe
  
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
  
• Willingness to work on miscellaneous projects as needed
  

Equipment & Training

• Will train to operate scissor lifts, forklifts, pressurized air wands, and floor scrubbers
  
• Follow basic safety guidelines and PPE requirements
  

• 18 years of age or older
  
• Must have valid, unexpired IDs for employment verification
  
• Dependable and punctual
  
• Able to work independently and stay on task
  
• Comfortable working in a production environment
  
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  

• Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday
