Position Overview
ShyftLabs is a rapidly growing data product company that specializes in creating innovative digital solutions for Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Noida.
In this role, you will be the creative engine driving our client's paid advertising success. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams (including marketing, product managers, and developers) to design and deliver high-impact, user-centric creative assets specifically optimized for digital advertising platforms and performance marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics, creatives, and digital assets for paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and others.
• Design static images, carousels, video elements, GIFs, and short-form content optimized for performance marketing.
• Work with internal teams and clients to understand creative requirements, campaign goals, and branding guidelines.
• Iterate and refine designs based on performance data, feedback, and A/B testing results.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding across all creatives and campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Present concepts and creative directions during brainstorms and client discussions.
• Stay updated on design and advertising trends to contribute fresh ideas and approaches.

Key qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating assets for paid advertisements or performance marketing.
• Proven experience and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative assets specifically designed for digital advertising, websites, and applications.
• High proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong skills in graphic design, asset creation, image editing, video editing, GIF creation, and vector illustration.
• Excellent eye for detail, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy, with an understanding of what drives user action in a paid ad context.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative field is preferred.
