Atlas Van Lines Canada is seeking a proactive, motivated and dynamic candidate to join our team! The ideal candidate for our Senior Marketing Specialist role should also possess excellent customer services skills.
Duties include the following:
- Supports the development of the annual marketing plan and new sales campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of all marketing activities with the Marketing Coordinator including web content, social media, PR, marketing collateral.
- Coordinates all project work with our external agency for CRM and virtual survey platforms.
- Ensure platforms support lead generation, routing, agent workflows, and customer lifecycle management.
- Support adoption through training, documentation, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for internal teams, leadership, and agents.
- Translate performance data into insights and recommendations to support decision-making and growth.
- Oversee with external agency all online marketing initiatives - SEO, SEM and other digital campaigns.
- Support all coordination for our various B2B conferences and events.
- Leads the planning and execution of regional meetings either virtual or in-person.
- Development of sales training tools and platforms for agents in tandem with other internal resources.
Employment Type & Hours: One year contract position with work hours between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Possibility of converting into permanent after the contract period.
Qualifications
- Post secondary degree in Marketing or Business
- Four to six years of job-related experience in marketing and business development
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing corporate budgets
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presenting)
Industry experience is an asset
