Lead Platform & Data Architect - REMOTE

In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in designing and delivering an internal platform that enhances the structure of data and workflows across the organization. You'll be expected to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions while actively engaging in architecture and system implementation. Accountabilities- Own the architecture and delivery of a scalable internal platform (end-to-end, not just concepts)
- Translate business needs into clear technical designs and working systems
- Build and improve data pipelines, integrations, and automation
- Establish clean foundations for data reliability, reporting, and operational tooling
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Germany and the US
- Proven experience building and delivering internal platforms or systems in a hands-on way
- Strong skills in Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of data architecture, system design, and integration patterns
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with ownership and autonomy
- Fluent professional English (spoken + written)
- Remote-first working model with flexibility
