Job Summary

We are seeking a technically minded Agile Scrum Product Owner to help maximize the value of our products and ensure alignment between business goals and development execution. In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer while partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

This role is well suited for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is comfortable working with technical concepts, system integrations, and data flows, and who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

You will work in a collaborative, Agile-first culture that embraces a mindset of ongoing learning and process refinement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing work based on business value, risk, and technical dependencies
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, including technical and integration requirements
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define product vision
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions
• Review completed work to ensure it meets acceptance criteria and business expectations
• Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Technically minded, with the ability to understand and discuss system architecture, APIs, and integrations
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce
• Experience using Jira (or similar Agile project management tools)
• Strong ability to write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems
• Background in leasing, financing, or related financial services domains
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
• Experience working with cross-functional or distributed teams
