POSITION SUMMARY

The Rehab Tech (TECH) provides exceptional customer service and support our client’s recovery by supporting the clinical team as they administer interventions to maximize recovery of strength, balance, motor control, and functional independence with ADLs, IADLs, and mobility tasks.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the clinical team as they administer therapeutic interventions
• Assist the clinical team with transfers that require assistance of two persons.
• Assist clinicians with transportation of clients from one therapy discipline to another.
• Disinfect treatment surfaces after each client use.
• Regularly disinfect exercise equipment.
• Maintain a clutter-free gym environment, returning all equipment to their proper place after each use.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure facility cleanliness, which includes but is not limited to the following: 1) Sweep & mop gym 2) vacuum all offices 3) clean all bathroom sinks and mirrors 4) clean all bathroom toilets 5) empty all facility trash cans daily 6) lubricate treadmills regularly 7) clean interior windows regularly 8) sweep and mop break room daily 9) disinfect counter surfaces in break room daily 10) clean out fridge, throwing away old food and condiments regularly.
• Assist clients with downloading ANR app and account set up.
• Assist clients to and from their vehicle, maximizing client safety.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Track record of exceptional customer service
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new work environments and personnel.
