JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Office Admin Associate you will be responsible for the majority of our outbound financial collection calls. Other tasks include account auditing, outbound calls for scheduling, and inbound technician assistance. To succeed in this position, you will need to work well in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and great service is essential. You will also need to be a versatile and a fast learner while staying productive in a position full of autonomy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / HOURS

• Experience in a customer service call center preforming collection calls is required
• The ability to sit for the duration of a shift, which is typically 8 hours
• Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm with occasional Saturday's
