Route Driver (CDL B) at Battery Outfitters Inc – West Monroe, Louisiana

Battery Outfitters, Inc. is searching for a Route Supervisor/Driver to join our West Monroe, LA team. We are a company based on Servant Leadership which we practice daily. Candidates must be customer-focused to ensure that the experience at every stop exceeds the expectations. Must have and be able to show at least 2-3 years of Route driving experience in the wholesale distribution business. As a Route Supervisor you will start learning the business riding with another driver/supervisor and then once qualified move up to supervise the sales and routes of the 1-2 West Monroe truck operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for day-to-day route operations including sales, collection of cores, inventory of customer batteries, as well as inventory on the truck.
- Candidates must have a Class B CDL or higher.
- Route Supervisors are out at least one night a week with motel and meal paid.

Route Supervisor will have a base pay with a monthly bonus package based on the key elements of operating our routes to their maximum potential. Total Compensation potential = Base Pay $65,000 + Core Team Bonus $9,000 = $74,000

This is a Very physical job which entails some heavy lifting at times which will be evaluated during the interview process.

Experience as a Route Driver/Supervisor Required.
