What You'll Do
- Provide oversight of office leases, relocations, openings, and expansions, ensuring facilities are professional, functional, and brand-aligned.
- Lead office operations and administrative budget planning, monitor spend, and pursue cost efficiencies, including national supplier and service contract negotiations where appropriate.
- Manage the company-wide travel platform (excluding senior management travel).
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Pursuits teams to support onboarding, budgeting, technology needs, and proposal activities.
- Standardize office operations & supplies, travel (excluding travel for senior management), meetings, events support, executive / leadership admin support norms.
- Implement structured administrative processes including phone coverage, vacation coordination, performance review support, and contact management practices.
- Directly manage office managers and administrative assistants across all offices.
- Set clear expectations, priorities, and service standards.
- Coach and develop admin staff (performance, capability building, career paths).
- Act as escalation point for admin-related issues.
- Coordinates and assists in recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office; advanced courses undertaken in MS Office would be preferred.
- College Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Business Administration, Marketing or Clerical Studies.

The typical hiring range for this Vancouver role is $80,000-$105,000 CAD per year. This represents base salary only, not total compensation, and BTY Group may offer more or less depending on a candidate's experience and qualifications. Compensation takes into account education, training, experience, location, market factors, and internal alignment. In line with BC Pay Transparency rules, a candidate's past salary will not be considered in determining pay.
