The Enterprise Account Manager will closely collaborate with external customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to a group of sales team leaders.
- Develop a deep knowledge of customers to identify areas of opportunity and create innovative solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders about strategy and external stakeholders about continuous improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Drive initiatives to ensure the achievement of business metrics.
- Act as the key escalation point of contact for customer and internal business needs.
- Identify sales training opportunities and develop plans for improvement.
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
