Job Skills / Requirements
Position Details:
Holland Building Services is seeking Full Time Floor Crew Utility Worker.
The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Working with floor care chemicals and equipment, i.e. tile buffing, auto scrubbing, stripping and waxing.
- Carpet cleaning
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday 5pm start time.
Hours: 40 hours per week

- Be comfortable traveling to areas of town, including Maumee, Perrysburg, Oregon, Sylvania and the different ends of Toledo.
- Be punctual & dependable
- Be comfortable working alone or with others
Physical Demands:
- Continual standing and walking during the shift
- Climbing, kneeling and crouching during the shift
- Lift up to 50lbs
