This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, asset management, and client relationship development within a fast-moving automotive remarketing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sale of vehicle assets across your assigned territory, ensuring optimal pricing, efficient inventory movement, and strong financial performance. The position combines hands-on auction participation—both onsite and online—with strategic relationship management across dealers, clients, and internal teams. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards in client experience, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. Working in a performance-driven environment, you will help shape how assets are positioned and sold, directly impacting profitability and customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the sale of all vehicle assets within an assigned region or territory while ensuring adherence to pricing standards, inventory controls, and KPIs
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics including FMV alignment, days to pickup, days to sell, and revenue generation targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with auction partners, dealers, and third-party clients through consistent engagement and participation
  • Represent vehicle sales onsite and online, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience across all channels
  • Lead client and prospect meetings, including preparation of materials, logistics, and follow-up actions
  • Support revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong pipeline development with third-party networks
  • Participate in internal meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and auction coverage support for team members when needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support evolving product and operational strategies

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or automotive remarketing, preferably within used vehicle sales or fleet environments
  • Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, auction dynamics, and inventory management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue performance in a competitive environment
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes and maximize asset value
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to perform under pressure with sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to travel 25%–50% to support auctions, client meetings, and business operations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Familiarity with automotive remarketing certifications or systems is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $121,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
  • Performance-driven culture with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Remote-first work model with required travel support and company vehicle provided
  • Employee wellness programs and family-focused benefits
  • Inclusive, people-first culture emphasizing innovation, accountability, and client success
  • Equal opportunity workplace with strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
