This is a high-impact engineering opportunity for a senior developer passionate about building scalable, cloud-native solutions that power mission-critical healthcare systems. The role sits at the intersection of front-end experience design, backend data engineering, and AWS-based integration architecture. You will contribute to the evolution of a next-generation contact center platform used to support large-scale healthcare administration services. The environment is collaborative, innovation-driven, and focused on modernizing systems that directly impact millions of users. You will work across UI, APIs, and distributed data pipelines while leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services to build resilient, high-performance solutions. This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, working across the full stack, and contributing to meaningful, real-world impact in the healthcare domain.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and enhance React-based user interfaces, including custom Amazon Connect Contact Control Panel (CCP) extensions and embedded agent tools.
  • Develop and optimize SQL-based data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational healthcare workflows.
  • Build and maintain AWS-based integrations using services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and Kinesis.
  • Implement data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines for contact trace records (CTR) and real-time agent event streams.
  • Develop scalable, secure APIs and microservices aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework principles.
  • Participate in architectural discussions focused on contact center modernization and system scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across frontend, backend, data, and AWS infrastructure layers.
  • Support production systems and ensure high availability, reliability, and performance across the full technology stack.
  • Mentor engineering team members and help enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering excellence.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack or backend/frontend engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in React, including hooks, state management, and component-driven architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including CTR data, contact flows, and CCP customization.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with event-driven architectures and streaming technologies such as Kinesis and EventBridge.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, VPC, and infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or SAM.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems.
  • Experience in building secure, scalable, cloud-native applications.
  • AWS certifications such as Developer Associate or Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) are a strong plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $72,800 to $104,000 depending on experience and location.
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Flexible paid time off policy and paid holidays.
  • Educational assistance and continuous learning support.
  • Access to leadership and technical development academies.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful healthcare technology serving millions of users.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-focused work culture.
  • Long-term career growth in a mission-driven technology environment.
