This role offers the opportunity to lead pre-construction design meetings and influence the cost-effectiveness of major projects across various sectors. • Analyze complex blueprints and technical specifications to prepare precise time, material, and labor estimates.

• Formulate comprehensive bid packages in response to high-stakes RFPs and project solicitations.

• Execute constructability reviews in coordination with Operations to identify potential field issues before they occur.

• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the most cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

• Monitor actual project costs relative to original bids to provide management with critical data for future planning.

• Lead pre-construction design meetings to provide constructive feedback and ensure projects remain within budget.

• Cultivate a robust directory of elite suppliers and subcontractors to enhance our competitive edge in the market.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

• At least 3 years of experience in a dedicated general contractor estimating role.

• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and legal regulations accurately.

• Demonstrated history of managing estimates for both small-scale and large-scale projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard software (e.g., Bluebeam, OST).

• High degree of initiative and an inquisitive nature for continuous learning.

• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary project team.

• Experience with Building Connected, ConstructConnect, or similar estimating platforms.
