Our boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospitality team. This leadership role is ideal for someone with prior housekeeping experience who takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards and creating a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
We are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience and will provide hands-on training to ensure our standards and procedures are consistently met.

Responsibilities
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assist with room inspections
• Lead and support housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet hotel standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
• Address guest requests and housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally
• Support laundry, public area, and housekeeping operations as needed
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

Qualifications
• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout scheduled shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability required
