This role is a high-impact consulting position focused on helping clients transform and optimize their supply chain operations through advanced ERP solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs with system capabilities, and guiding organizations through complex digital transformation initiatives. The role combines hands-on system configuration, process optimization, and client engagement, ensuring that ERP and warehouse management solutions deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and support full-cycle implementations. Operating in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, you will contribute to improving efficiency, reducing operational costs, and strengthening financial and supply chain visibility. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business process design, and client consulting.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead ERP and supply chain transformation initiatives, working directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end warehouse and financial supply chain solutions.

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements
  • Gather and translate requirements into tailored ERP and WMS solutions aligned with supply chain objectives
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and WMS modules to fit client business processes
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations including scoping, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support
  • Analyze existing supply chain operations and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
  • Design and deliver training sessions to ensure client teams can effectively adopt and use new systems
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system optimization post-implementation
  • Oversee data migration activities ensuring accuracy, integrity, and continuity across systems
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support operational and financial decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams and other consultants to ensure integrated, cross-functional solutions
Requirements

This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and strong consulting capabilities, particularly within supply chain and warehouse management environments.

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 F&SCM
  • Strong expertise in supply chain and warehouse management (WMS) processes
  • Experience leading full-cycle ERP implementations in both on-site and remote environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Experience configuring ERP systems, workflows, and reports to meet client needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Dynamics AX/D365 F&O certifications are highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships and explain technical concepts in business terms
