This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, demand generation, and experiential marketing, responsible for shaping how the brand shows up in both in-person and virtual environments. You will design and execute high-impact events and webinars that generate qualified leads, strengthen customer and partner relationships, and directly support pipeline growth. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams, you will translate strategic priorities into engaging experiences that bring the brand narrative to life. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong ownership of logistics, content, and performance tracking. It also emphasizes content repurposing, turning events into scalable marketing assets that extend value beyond the live experience. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role plays a key part in connecting marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes.
This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of events and webinars that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue impact. It requires close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market priorities and pipeline goals.
- Own the full lifecycle of in-person events, including strategy, audience targeting, planning, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution to ensure high-quality brand experiences and measurable ROI.
- Design and deliver engaging webinars that support demand generation, customer education, and pipeline growth, while managing speaker coordination, technical setup, and promotional efforts.
- Develop compelling event and webinar content, including presentations, messaging, and storytelling frameworks that effectively communicate value and elevate brand positioning.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead capture, qualification, and handoff processes that support sales conversion and revenue growth.
- Repurpose event and webinar content into multi-channel marketing assets such as videos, blog posts, emails, and social media content to extend campaign impact.
- Track performance metrics, build reports, and provide actionable insights to continuously optimize event and webinar effectiveness.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in B2B marketing and event management, with a strong ability to deliver high-impact programs that drive engagement and measurable business results. You are both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing complex initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and execution quality.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and events, including trade shows, webinars, and field events that generate leads and support revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams in demand generation and pipeline-focused environments.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling promotional content, speaker materials, and follow-up messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate event performance and apply data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive annual salary range of $75,000 – $95,000
