You will operate with full lifecycle accountability, shaping vision, defining success metrics, and driving delivery from discovery through launch and continuous iteration. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, you will lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, data-driven solutions that improve transportation and logistics operations worldwide. The position blends entrepreneurial ownership with enterprise-scale resources, enabling you to directly influence platform growth and customer success. You will make high-stakes decisions in a fast-moving environment while ensuring alignment with long-term business goals. This is a highly visible role where your work will directly impact operational efficiency, revenue performance, and customer experience across a global network.
You will own the full product lifecycle and drive strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes across a complex logistics and freight technology domain.
- Lead end-to-end product ownership from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, and iteration, ensuring strong alignment with customer and business needs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics while continuously refining priorities based on data and market signals.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Drive business performance by owning key decisions around resource allocation, trade-offs, and execution priorities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure reliable, high-velocity delivery of product initiatives while minimizing dependencies and maintaining operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on strategy, execution plans, and performance outcomes.
This role requires strong product leadership experience, technical fluency, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience owning a product or platform from concept to measurable business impact, ideally in SaaS or logistics/transportation technology.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience guiding engineering, product, and design teams.
- Ability to make confident decisions in ambiguous environments with limited information and evolving priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs, OKRs, and customer insights to guide prioritization and strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience scaling platform services or complex digital products is highly valued.
- Competitive salary range: $156,900 – $215,600 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
