This role focuses on building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers, retail partners, and strategic stakeholders across an assigned region. You will act as a key liaison between external partners and internal teams, ensuring providers understand programs, initiatives, and tools designed to support practice growth and patient access. The position requires a balance of relationship management, analytical thinking, and issue resolution in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will handle complex escalations, interpret provider documentation, and support contract-related discussions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, discretion, and problem-solving directly impact provider satisfaction and network performance. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a role combining client engagement, operational analysis, and strategic coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers, retail chains, and strategic partners within an assigned region
- Educate providers on programs, products, and strategic initiatives to support adoption and practice growth
- Analyze provider documentation, practice structures, and legal materials to determine proper network routing and eligibility
- Manage and resolve complex provider issues and escalations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiate and support special contract arrangements based on business needs and geographic considerations
- Gather and evaluate provider data to support network composition and ensure client performance objectives are met
- Serve as a communication point for provider outreach initiatives, including surveys, recruitment efforts, and emergency-related communications
- Draft clear, professional correspondence to providers, clients, and regulatory or governmental entities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, ideally working directly with providers
- Strong experience handling escalations, resolving complex issues, and working in high-stakes or sensitive situations
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and provider-related documentation
- Proven capability to balance provider needs with organizational goals
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a customer-focused mindset
