This role is focused on driving strategic growth through distributor partnerships within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for key distribution partners, building executive-level relationships while executing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and maximize revenue performance. The position blends sales leadership, partner enablement, and business development, requiring a strong ability to operate in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment. You will design and manage distribution strategies, including incentives, training, and joint go-to-market initiatives. This is a highly visible role where you will influence partner success, strengthen channel performance, and directly contribute to regional and global revenue outcomes. - Develop and manage strategic relationships with key distributor partners at the executive level to drive alignment and business growth
- Define and execute distributor strategies, including goals, performance metrics, and incentive/rebate structures
- Lead regular business reviews (QBRs), ensuring actionable outcomes, follow-ups, and continuous performance improvement
- Drive revenue growth through distributor channels by supporting demand generation, upsell opportunities, and account mapping initiatives
- Enable and train distributor sales teams and technical resources on products, positioning, and partner programs
- Collaborate across internal business units and distributor organizations to ensure operational efficiency and execution alignment
- Support marketing and sales campaigns by providing collateral, coordinating promotions, and responding to partner needs
- Oversee onboarding, certification, and ongoing enablement of distributor teams to ensure readiness and effectiveness
- Track and manage pipeline activity through distribution channels, ensuring visibility and execution accuracy
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve channel performance and support strategic business objectives
- Proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner management within a 2-tier distribution model
- Strong background working with channel partners in technology or cybersecurity environments preferred
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue through indirect sales channels and managing partner ecosystems
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and drive business decisions
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal direction
- Experience leading enablement, training, or sales support programs for partner organizations
- Strong business acumen with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable influencing across internal teams and external partners in a matrixed organization
- Preferred: experience working with distributors, multi-tier channel models, and cybersecurity solutions
- Competitive base salary range: $80,500 – $233,100 USD annually (based on experience and location)
