  • Lead regular business reviews (QBRs), ensuring actionable outcomes, follow-ups, and continuous performance improvement
  • Drive revenue growth through distributor channels by supporting demand generation, upsell opportunities, and account mapping initiatives
  • Enable and train distributor sales teams and technical resources on products, positioning, and partner programs
  • Collaborate across internal business units and distributor organizations to ensure operational efficiency and execution alignment

  • Track and manage pipeline activity through distribution channels, ensuring visibility and execution accuracy
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve channel performance and support strategic business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner management within a 2-tier distribution model
  • Strong background working with channel partners in technology or cybersecurity environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through indirect sales channels and managing partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and drive business decisions
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal direction
  • Experience leading enablement, training, or sales support programs for partner organizations
  • Strong business acumen with ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable influencing across internal teams and external partners in a matrixed organization
  • Preferred: experience working with distributors, multi-tier channel models, and cybersecurity solutions
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $80,500 – $233,100 USD annually (based on experience and location)
  • Eligibility for variable incentive compensation and performance-based bonuses
  • Equity grants for all employees

  • Flexible time off and paid volunteer days
  • Retirement savings plans with company match (401k/RRSP depending on region)
  • Career development and training programs
  • Strong employee assistance program and wellbeing resources
