We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Lead to join our dynamic team in Totowa, NJ. As a Production Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the line to meet production goals.
Train and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Education in manufacturing or management (Preferred)

Requirements:
Proven experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
