About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of facility infrastructure by performing a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks. This position requires hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions promptly. The technician will be responsible for maintaining plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to prevent downtime and extend the life of facility assets. Attention to detail and precision in measuring and carpentry work are essential to uphold quality standards and comply with safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance work involving plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
