This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-impact AI company at the forefront of robotics and autonomy. You will drive full-cycle sales across cutting-edge physical AI solutions, working directly with technical stakeholders and leadership teams to translate complex AI capabilities into measurable business value. The role blends sales, technical translation, and market strategy, giving you exposure to some of the most exciting and rapidly advancing sectors, including aerospace, defense, robotics, and maritime. You will help scale revenue, optimize trial-to-deployment pipelines, and influence product positioning, all within a collaborative and innovative environment. This position offers accelerated learning, high visibility, and the chance to work alongside founders and engineers shaping the future of AI in the physical world.
As the Account Executive, you will:
- Own full-cycle sales within target verticals, including defense, aerospace, robotics, and autonomy.
- Identify, map, and penetrate high-value accounts such as government agencies, primes, and advanced startups.
- Run highly tailored outbound campaigns using modern AI sales and CRM tools.
- Conduct discovery sessions with technical stakeholders, translating advanced technical concepts into clear business value.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Solutions Engineers to land pilots, PoCs, and deployments.
- Partner with leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and positioning while refining messaging based on market feedback.
- Drive revenue metrics, enhance the sales playbook, and optimize lead qualification processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, GTM, or technical customer-facing roles.
- Experience selling or supporting technical products, such as AI/ML, robotics, developer tools, SaaS, or infrastructure.
- Strong ability to learn and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated high agency, with experience building systems or processes rather than just following playbooks.
- Comfort working in early-stage, founder-led, and ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with technical buyers.
- Proven ability to prospect creatively, build pipeline from scratch, and run outbound campaigns.
- Strong interest in AI, robotics, autonomy, defense, or physical systems.
- Familiarity with modern GTM stack and experience in PoCs, pilots, or technical sales cycles.
- Strong writing ability for proposals, narratives, and outreach communications.
- Competitive compensation and equity opportunities.
- Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
- Paid time off and flexible leave policies.
- Direct mentorship and collaboration with founding team members from Nvidia, Google, and Lucasfilm.
- Supportive, collaborative environment with room for rapid growth and skill development.
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects impacting real-world robotics and autonomy.
