We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Parts Puller to join our manufacturing or warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring that the correct parts are efficiently retrieved and prepared for assembly, shipping, or inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

- Retrieve and organize parts from inventory or storage areas according to work orders or specifications

- Verify parts against order lists to ensure accuracy

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area

- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

- Operate basic tools and equipment safely to access parts

- Collaborate with team members to meet production or shipping deadlines

- Report any discrepancies or damaged parts to supervisors

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or parts pulling environment is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

- Good organizational and time management skills

- Basic reading and math skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
