Aseptic QA Technician - Day Shift

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Schedule: 12-Hour 2-2-3 Schedule

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Aseptic QA Technician to support day shift operations in a high-speed food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with GMP, SQF, and company standards.

Schedule Details:

Day Shift: 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation

Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Training Period: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (up to 3 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process quality inspections on hot fill products and packaging
• Conduct product testing including pH, Brix, acidity, color, and clarity
• Verify labeling, coding, and packaging accuracy
• Accurately document test results and maintain quality records
• Assist with batch disposition, product holds, and non-conformance investigations
• Enforce GMP, SQF, and internal quality standards throughout production

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quality control experience in food or beverage manufacturing
• Working knowledge of quality testing procedures and systems
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
