About This Position
We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Global Center of Excellence (CoE). Reporting directly to the Manager of Solutions Consulting , you will serve as a lead technical resource for our most complex, high-stakes sales cycles. This is not just a demo role; you will be a "player-coach" who helps define the technical standards for the entire global organization.
Strategic Sales Execution: Lead discovery and technical presentations for key accounts and complex deals, providing the executive-level credibility required to close global business.
The "Standard Bearer": Work closely with the Manager to define, pilot, and launch new demo standards and technical processes that will be scaled across the global team.
Product-to-Field Liaison: Act as a bridge between Engineering and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You will master complex product updates and translate them into value-based stories for the broader SC team to follow.
Competitive Intelligence: Lead department-wide initiatives to refine competitive intelligence and create repeatable technical playbooks.
Mentorship: Assist the Manager in the "Exceptional Coaching" mission by mentoring junior team members, conducting peer reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Process Innovation: Evaluate and pilot new tools for the SC department to drive operational efficiency and technical sophistication.
Global Enablement: Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to help train the team on market trends, industry best practices, and new product functionalities
Market Presence: Represent the company at industry conferences and events, staying ahead of the curve to ensure our technical strategy remains competitive
SaaS Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting within the SaaS industry.
Technical Authority: Proven ability to rapidly learn complex software and articulate its value to both technical and executive audiences.
Global Perspective: Deep understanding of global sales segments and the ability to navigate various buyer personas and technical maturity levels.
Coaching Mindset: While this is an individual contributor role, you must have a desire to mentor others and provide direct, empathetic feedback to peers.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, internal summits, and industry events.
