What you will do as a Trainer

• Facilitate training of product information, policies, processes, systems, soft skills, and other information as required to achieve Operations objectives
• Coordinate with Operations and other support departments to facilitate creation of systems credentials, timekeeping, new hire orientation presentations, and the hand-off of trainees to production
• Administer assessments to confirm understanding of training material and identify knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Regularly participate in production activities to maintain expertise on each line of business being trained
• Complete necessary training, nesting, and certification prior to running a class
• Check in to Teams Shift Log in Channel
• Send Attendance update in the Class Attendance Channel
• Attend pre-shift huddle with superior

• Send EOD Report
• Attend Calibration with QA and Ops when available
