About This Position
Employment Status: Temporary, Full-Time* (2 months)

Schedule ex: Monday – Friday 9 am – 6pm (30-60 min unpaid lunch
Reports to: Pastor
A Systems Implementation Specialist manages the introduction of new software, applications, or processes, acting as a bridge between technical teams and end-users. Key responsibilities include planning and executing system implementations, configuring software to meet parish requirements, migrating data from legacy systems, conducting testing and quality assurance, and providing training and support to staff for smooth adoption of new systems.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans that outline the timeline, tasks, and resources required for each client’s software implementation.
- Customize and configure software applications to meet the specific operational requirements and business needs
- Help develop standard reports and dashboards using existing templates and tools
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the installation and deployment process.
- Serve as the main technical liaison between the vendor and the parish to manage system modifications
- Support integration efforts with related systems (e.g., scheduling, document management, etc.)
- Create detailed documentation, outlining all system configurations and customizations for future reference.
- Manage the secure migration of data from the client’s legacy systems into the new software environment.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users to ensure they can effectively operate the new system.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the software meets the agreed-upon specifications before final delivery

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration or related field or relevant experience in IT support, consulting, or project management
