Position: Bartender
Property: Live Oak, Charleston Historic District, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bartender to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for a passionate and creative individual with a commitment to excellence in both beverage quality and guest experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Deliver a memorable experience to guests by exuding hospitality and maintaining beverage standards set by the company. Pay ranges from $6 - $9 an hour plus tips.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain proper of the bar throughout shift. This includes stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on set parts.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and all prep according to prep bar sheets daily to ensure product quality.
• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Input orders into point of sale, creating a check for each guest.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Part time and Full time availability.
• Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are required; training will be provided as needed.
• The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency and seek guest satisfaction throughout the shift.
• All prep according to prep par sheets
