As we continue to scale our B2B Ecommerce business, we’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Ecommerce to lead digital growth, optimize the online customer experience, and maximize revenue across both our website and marketplace channels.
This role owns the end-to-end performance of our digital business, combining strategic vision, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership. The Director of Ecommerce will shape the future of our website, marketplace strategy, content, SEO/AI initiatives, ensuring D2G continues to deliver exceptional experiences and drive measurable business results.
This role is based in Fall River, MA, with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

- Competitive salary range of $130,000–$160,000, based on experience and qualifications - Displays2Go takes a market-based approach to pay. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions.

What You’ll Do
Own Website Strategy & Optimization
- Lead end-to-end strategy for the company’s website, ensuring a seamless customer experience that drives conversion, revenue, and repeat business.
- Partner closely with the Web Development team to translate business priorities into quarterly roadmaps and deliverables.
- Oversee day-to-day website operations, including sitewide promotions, homepage content updates, and messaging, ensuring the site is accurate, engaging, and aligned with business priorities.
- Drive site optimization to ensure a seamless UX across desktop and mobile, using site search improvements, structured A/B testing, and ongoing enhancements to the customer journey.
- Lead product merchandising, managing launches, attributes, add-ons/bundles, and all product content to maximize engagement, drive larger baskets, and increase conversions.
- Oversee creation and management of landing pages that support cross-functional projects, marketing campaigns, and category initiatives.
Own Third-Party Marketplace Strategy
- Develop and execute marketplace strategies that maximize revenue in current channels (Amazon, Walmart) while building a roadmap for future marketplace expansion.
- Act as the primary owner of marketplace channels, coordinating across Pricing, Category Management, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and strong execution.
- Partner with functional teams to optimize marketplace performance, including listings, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment, ensuring a cohesive and competitive customer experience.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party partners, and marketplace account teams, driving operational efficiency and identifying growth opportunities.
Drive Content, SEO & AI-Enabled Optimization
- Lead SEO and AI/LLM initiatives to maximize organic traffic, discoverability, and product visibility.
- Oversee creation and management of all website and product content, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Direct site search strategy and continuous testing to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
Analyze Performance & Deliver Insights
- Own analytics, reporting, and performance tracking across website and marketplace channels.
- Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategy, define quarterly priorities, uncover problem areas, and identify growth opportunities.
- Support executive reporting, business reviews, target setting, and ongoing performance management for Ecomm & Marketplace initiatives.
Lead & Develop Your Team
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Ecomm team, including UX, product merchandising, SEO, web content, and marketplace specialists.
- Establish clear goals, performance standards, and career development paths.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience leading Ecommerce or digital teams, preferably in B2B environments.
- Ownership-driven, customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth across websites and marketplaces by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize conversion, traffic, and overall digital performance.
- Deep knowledge of Ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, SEO, site search, and analytics tools
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including product merchandising, UX, SEO, and web content/operations.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready recommendations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
