Snow Shoveler at Residence Inn, Boston North Shore Danvers – Danvers, Massachusetts

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Shovelers to join our team on an as-needed basis. Employees will be contacted and scheduled when snow is expected. This role is essential in ensuring safe and accessible stairways during winter weather conditions.

• Snow removal: Shovel and clear snow from staircases, walkways, and designated areas.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with other shovelers to maintain approximately 50 staircases across the property.
• Ice management: Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed to prevent slippery conditions.
• Safety compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate gear while working in winter conditions.
• Reliability: Be available to report to work promptly when contacted during snow events.

• On-call basis: Work assignments will be scheduled only when snow is expected.
• Flexible hours: Shifts may vary depending on snowfall and weather conditions.
