Senior Electrical Project Manager Lead Large-Scale Commercial Builds for an Industry Leader

$5,000 sign on bonus with half to be paid out after 90 days, and the other half after 6 months of continued employment.

Job Overview:

• Company: Reliable Electric.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $105,000 - $110,000+ per year plus Signing, Performance, and Year-End Bonuses.

• Location: Dayton, OH (Onsite).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday.

• Project Scope: Commercial, Multi-family (Hotels/High Rises), and Hospitals ($1M+ Electrical Packages).

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity: You will leverage your field experience and leadership skills to drive the success of high-profile electrical projects within a third-generation, family-owned business. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Orchestrate all phases of electrical construction projects valued at over $1 million to ensure timely and profitable delivery.

• Mentor and coach field staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high-quality craftsmanship.

• Execute weekly site visits to engage with field crews and general contractors to maintain strong project alignment.

• Manage critical project financial workflows including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material buy-outs.

• Formulate detailed cost estimates and RFP responses using Accubid to secure new business opportunities.

• Conduct value engineering analysis to provide cost-effective solutions while meeting all technical specifications.

• Develop strategic schedules and manpower projections to optimize labor efficiency across multiple active job sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in the electrical trade.

• 5+ years of experience specifically in Electrical Project Management.

• Proven experience managing commercial projects with electrical packages exceeding $1 million.

• Strong background in leading and developing large field teams.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

• High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working in the field as an electrician or foreman.

• Associates degree in Project Management or a related technical field.

• Technical proficiency in Accubid and ComputerEase software.

• Experience with multi-family, hotel, or hospital construction.
